Cumbria Cricket Limited was incorporated on the 1st October 2011, and consists of an Executive Board of Directors who manage the company activities on behalf of the members of the Board.  The schematic below identifies the constituent parties.

The Executive Board Members meet monthly and are responsible for the day to day operations of the Company, with the full membership meeting on a quarterly basis to contribute to discussions and decisions about the long term strategic direction as we strive to serve the needs of players, clubs and the wider cricket community.  These meetings are a vital component of our strategic objective to improve communication, and to develop a wider sense of ownership of the future of cricket activities within our Cumbria communities

The meetings of the full Board will take place at a variety of venues around the county ensuring the challenges of travelling to meetings are distributed equitably.
